Qualifications:

• Licensure/Certifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in psychiatric evaluations, pharmacotherapy, and telehealth platforms.
• Soft Skills:
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
  • Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans (including medication management).
• Provide evidence-based therapy for conditions like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
