LifeStance Health in Wisconsin-Mequon is seeking a psychiatrist to join our outpatient team. The role offers a hybrid work model with on-site and telehealth, flexible full- or part-time schedules, and a productive compensation model.

This position requires MD or DO licensure in Wisconsin and experience with child, adolescent, or adult patients. It includes a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

$305,000 - $406,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time), compensation model based on productivity.
