Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatrists for the Greater Columbia area. The role focuses on outpatient psychiatric care with medication management and psychotherapy, serving adults and/or children/adolescents.

Hybrid schedule is available, with strong support and a no-call, no-night, no-weekend expectation in many cases. Competitive compensation is offered, ranging from $350,000 to $389,000 annually, plus benefits and potential for additional compensation for supervising NPs.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Missouri (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA.
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy.
• Experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Hybrid role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team, including nurses and support staff, in a hybrid work setting.
