Job description

We've reserved a Psychiatrist chair at Entertainment Solutions Inc for the rare general pro who finds Organization fun rather than just familiar. Join Entertainment Solutions Inc as an internship Psychiatrist and take real ownership of Negotiation work while earning $73,000 - $100,000 and growing your craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Pressure-test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes
• Build the Adaptability habits a mid-level role can lean on for years
• Coach newer mid-level teammates through their first messy general project
• Apply Self-Motivation and Continuous Learning to solve day-to-day operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable CO regulations
• Keep Negotiation documentation current as the work outpaces it

What You'll Bring

• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
• A playfully-serious bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
• The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire
