LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatrists to join our outpatient clinical team in the Greater Chesterfield area. Residents and fellows are welcome to apply. The role offers a hybrid schedule and outpatient setting with strong support and modern facilities.

We provide competitive compensation—model based on productivity—ranging from $350,000 to $389,000 per year—plus comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus. Flexible part-time/full-time options and a focus on work-life balance are offered.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Missouri (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA.
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy.
• Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Hybrid role available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychiatric care in an outpatient setting.
• Provide medication management and psychotherapy for adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in a hybrid work model.
