Provider Roles

Behavioral Health Specialist / Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMSW)

Work Type: Remote or Onsite, 1099 Contractor

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates based on specialty
Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

In these roles, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services — including evaluations, counseling, medication management (for prescribing clinicians), and crisis support — via secure telehealth platforms. These positions offer excellent flexibility while allowing you to deliver high-quality care to diverse patient populations.

Conduct virtual behavioral health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and follow‑up sessions.

Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and evidence‑based interventions appropriate to your licensure.

Psychiatrists only: Perform medication management, prescribe, and oversee psychopharmacology treatment plans.

Psychologists & Therapists: Deliver psychotherapy modalities including CBT, DBT, trauma‑informed care, and supportive counseling.

Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.

Collaborate with an integrated care team: physicians, PMHNPs, therapists, social workers, and a care coordinator.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation within 24 hours.

Stay current with best practices in behavioral health, psychotherapy, and mental health treatment.
