LifeStance Health is seeking psychiatrists for outpatient care with flexible telemedicine and in-person options. The role offers 100% outpatient work with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends, plus generous compensation and a sign-on bonus.

Compensation is production-based, with potential earnings up to $407,000 per year, plus up to $25,000 in annual production incentives, comprehensive benefits, and CME support.
