Position Summary
The Psychiatric Technician provides personal care services and general therapeutic procedures to behavioral health patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or designated licensed staff.

Responsibilities
Provide personal care and therapeutic services to patients in a safe and compassionate manner, maintain accurate documentation, and support the nursing team in delivering quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (general)

• Upon hire: Nursing Assistant certification or license

Compensation
Pay range: $22.44 – $34.33 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities.
