OhioHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Safety Officer to protect patients, visitors, employees, and property by rounding behavioral health units and collaborating with clinical teams to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred; at least two years' experience in a behavioral health setting. Work is night shift, 36 hours per week, within the Behavioral Hlth Staffing department.

The Psychiatric Safety Officer is responsible for protecting patients, visitors, employees, and hospital property by rounding in behavioral health units, engaging patients and promoting a safe and therapeutic environment while working in collaboration with clinical teams.
