Ridgeview Institute Monroe in Monroe, GA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our close-knit care team. The RN will coordinate and deliver direct care, collaborate with the health team, and apply the nursing process to support patients with psychiatric needs.

This full-time role includes a $3,500 sign-on bonus and 100% company-paid medical coverage for families, plus comprehensive benefits such as 401(k) with match, life, vision, dental, disability, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
• Must pass medication administration exam prior to giving medications.
• CPR certification and completion of MAB training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and collaborative patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess and plan care using the nursing process and standards of care.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and manage crises as needed.
