Job summary

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center is hiring a Psychiatric RN to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The role supports collaboration with medical providers and care teams to ensure outcomes align with the hospital's standards and mission.

You will participate in assessments, documentation, and timely communications, contributing to a holistic treatment plan and smooth transitions for patients and families. An RN license and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• RN license and eligibility to practice in the state.
• BLS/CPR must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts; report changes.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record promptly.
• Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs to deliver exceptional care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and customize treatment plans.
• Interface between providers and community resources to coordinate ongoing care.
