Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Psychiatric RN to deliver high-quality mental health care in a contract setting. The role requires a current RN license, at least one year in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing, and proficiency in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and therapeutic communication.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, medication administration, and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and therapeutic communication.
• Current BLS certification.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license required

• Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and implementing individualized care plans
• Current BLS certification

$1,909 - $2,013/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
