Job summary

Central Outreach Wellness Center Llc is seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse to assess patients, provide care, and support care planning in a collaborative, harm-reducing environment.

You will build trust, conduct psychoeducation, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and staff while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Description: The role of the Psych Registered Nurse is to assess and speak to patients about their condition and discuss the best way to plan and deliver their care.
