What Are We Looking For?
InSynch Health is growing, and we're excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a compassionate and skilled provider to join our psychiatric care team. We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide exceptional care in our outpatient behavioral health setting. Experienced providers are required. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality psychiatric care, fostering a supportive environment that promotes holistic wellness and recovery. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the medical health needs of an inpatient psychiatric caseload, conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans for acute and chronic medical issues.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to integrate medical and psychiatric care within individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver care within our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric hospital, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.

• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Required Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

• Prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
