Job summary

Jobtome is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in a mental health/psychiatric environment. You will design care plans and assist in developing overall care plans for patients across age groups, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and patient recovery goals.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, crisis intervention, medication administration, education for patients and families, and collaboration with physicians and other providers.

Qualifications

• Program Graduate (nursing program completed).
• Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate recognition.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess psychiatric patients to inform care plans.
• Observe behavior, perform triage or crisis intervention as needed.
• Write treatment plans and administer medications per protocol.
• Coordinate care with physicians, students, and other providers.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and management.
• Follow safety, infection control, and department policies.
• Participate in orientation/preceptor activities and QA initiatives.
