• Certification as a Peer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, and direct patient care on a shift.
• Implement systems to support quality care and improvement.
• Coordinate with Intake and other departments to ensure timely assessments.
• Monitor safety for patients, visitors, and staff; intervene as needed.
• Complete staff performance reviews and collaborate with nursing leadership.
