The McLean Hospital Corporation is seeking a Per Diem RN to provide immediate and long-term nursing care following the nursing process. You will assess patients, perform point-of-care testing, and participate in care planning while coordinating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include documenting responses to treatment, communicating patient status during rounds, and supporting recovery-oriented goals in a multidisciplinary environment at 115 Mill Street.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with state license.
• Nursing certificate or diploma required or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience level: 0–1 year in medical or psychiatric settings desirable.
