Responsibilities

• Psych Nurse Practitioners for the Gardner or Northampton Outpatient Clinics to provide diagnostic evaluation and treatment of clients including prescription services, assessment services, and ongoing medication monitoring.
• Work closely with staff and provide consultation as needed.
• Provide diagnostic and evaluation services for clients, as well as prescribe needed medication.
• Conduct medication reviews and monitoring as needed.
• Provide medical and psychiatric consultations to staff.
• Evaluate or assist in the evaluation of clients in need of emergency treatment services for possible hospitalization.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision for outreach Clinicians and Family Support Workers who work with youth, adults and families providing crisis stabilization and ongoing support.
