Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Mount Pleasant, SC for a full-time role with a flexible hybrid schedule. You will join a collaborative team delivering medication management and therapy to patients 11 and up.

The position offers an uncapped earnings package ($142,000–$190,000), a sign-on bonus, annual cash incentive, CME reimbursement, and a strong focus on work/life balance with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Local to and licensed PMHNP in South Carolina.
• 6+ months employed outpatient experience.
• Board certified with full prescribing ability.
• Experience with ages 11+ and with both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment for patients.
• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate care.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a hybrid outpatient setting.
• Support ages 11 and up with comprehensive mental health services.

• Local to and fully licensed (PMHNP) in South Carolina.
• Beyond 6 months of employed outpatient experience.
• Board Certified with full prescribing ability.
• Experienced in both medication management and therapy.
• Experienced with ages 11 and up.
