Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for its San Antonio, TX clinic. The role is hybrid or in-office, requiring Texas APRN licensure with PMHNP certification and at least 1 year post-training experience.

The provider will deliver 100% outpatient behavioral health care within a group practice setting. Qualified candidates must be in San Antonio, be able to work 2 days in office, and treat patients ages 6 and up.

• Active TX DEA.
