LifeStance Health in New York is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinical team in Millbrook/Salt Point area. The role delivers psychiatric assessments and medication management to adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

Qualifications

• BC-PMHNP
• required** 2 years direct PMHNP experience
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
• Full-time 40 hours
• Hybrid system, 2 days in office
