Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Salem, VA for flexible telemedicine and in-person care. You will provide psychiatric care, oversee medication management, and participate in therapy as part of a dedicated clinical team.

We offer above-market compensation ($255,000–$295,000), full benefits, flexible schedules, generous PTO, and modern offices with strong work/life balance. Licensure across states and PMHNP certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one or more US states with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
