Three Rivers Mental Health, PLLC is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Massachusetts to join our collaborative outpatient practice.

This is a 4-day-per-week salaried position with 32 patient-facing hours, requiring at least 1 in-person day weekly in Acton, MA. Base salary starts at $75,000 with total annual compensation up to $220,000 through quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP in Massachusetts or actively pursuing MA licensure
• New graduates welcome if MA licensure is obtained by start date
• Outpatient psychiatry experience is preferred but not required

Three Rivers Mental Health is growing, and we are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Massachusetts to join our collaborative outpatient practice.

This is a 4-day-per-week salaried position with 32 patient-facing hours per week. The role offers a flexible hybrid structure, with an in-person requirement of at least 1 day per week in Acton, MA.

Base salary starting at $75,000, with total annual compensation potential up to $220,000 through quarterly performance-based bonuses

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated clinician who wants to build a long-term career within a growing outpatient psychiatric practice.

In addition to traditional psychiatric medication management, providers will have the opportunity to participate in our expanding interventional psychiatry services, including Spravato and TMS, as well as support psychiatric care for patients enrolled in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

The PMHNP may provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing clinical support for IOP patients, working collaboratively with therapists and other members of the treatment team to provide coordinated, higher-acuity behavioral health care.
