LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Maryland for full-time, W2 roles with flexible schedules. This outpatient-focused position offers in-person and hybrid options, no call, strong support, and 100% outpatient care with full malpractice coverage.

Minimum 18 months PMHNP experience is required, with certification and Maryland license to practice independently. Competitive compensation and benefits package available.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our Clinical Team. We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Nurse Practitioners that are Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certified
• Licensed in Maryland with the ability to practice independently
• Minimum of 18 months PMHNP experience required
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
