Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will conduct routine rounds, evaluate patients, and adjust treatment to meet individual needs.

You will partner with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care, optimize treatment plans, and create a therapeutic environment that supports residents’

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Professional patient care experience required.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management services within skilled nursing and senior living communities. This role includes routine patient rounding, evaluation and ongoing management of mental health conditions, and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being. You will work closely with facility partners to ensure continuity of care, optimize treatment plans, and promote a therapeutic environment. Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
• Previous professional patient care experience
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams
