Supportive Care is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide care for residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Moravia, NY. The role offers autonomy with a focus on patient care and collaboration with an extraordinary team of clinicians.

You will deliver psychotherapy sessions and medication management while Supportive Care handles caseload setup, credentialing, billing, and insurance, enabling you to concentrate on clinical work.
