SonderMind is seeking experienced PMHNPs to partner in building and growing their psychiatric practice with strategic support. The role requires at least two days per week commitment, and offers flexible options including office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid arrangements.

You’ll receive dedicated coaching, credentialing and billing support, weekly clinical leadership guidance, and access to AI tools for notes and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania (must reside in state)
