Job summary

Provive Wellness of Brentwood, a behavioral health organization in Brentwood, TN, seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide direct patient care across our behavioral health and addiction programs, collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists and staff to deliver high-quality, individualized care.

The ideal candidate holds an active Tennessee APRN license; PMHNP preferred; DEA license; MAT experience; and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee APRN license required.
• PMHNP certification preferred; behavioral health experience required.
• DEA license to prescribe controlled substances.
• Experience with MAT (Suboxone/buprenorphine) preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Passion for behavioral health and addiction medicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments for adult patients.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with PHP, IOP, and outpatient program teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.
• Support adolescent programming as needed.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will provide direct patient care across our behavioral health and addiction treatment programs, working collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
