Job summary

Lavender is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for tele-psychiatric visits with clients based in New Hampshire. This role offers 1099 compensation, remote work, and a supportive mentorship environment. Part-time and full-time options with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week are available.

You will work within operating hours 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, and have the autonomy to build your own schedule while collaborating with a team of experienced NPs.

Qualifications

• MSN with active licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in New Hampshire.
• ANCC board certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in adult mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both.
• Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess efficacy of interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Provide various modalities of talk therapy as part of integrated care.

The Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy or a combination of both. Proactively follow up with clients at a minimum on a monthly basis to assess the efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved. Our clientele strongly prefers nurse-founded combined medication and therapy appointments; you have to be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy.

The Candidate:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active New Hampshire Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
• ANCC Board Certification
• 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ambitious, client-centric work ethic
• Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space to take tele-psychiatry appointments
