Oasis Mental Health Centers seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our Paramus, NJ team, expanding medication management alongside TMS and Spravato services. You will evaluate patients, adjust medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

The ideal candidate brings NJ licensure, a DEA with prescriptive authority, and experience in outpatient settings, plus strong communication skills to contribute to growing programs and patient-centered care.

Competenze

• Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Medication Management & TMS/Spravato) – Paramus, NJ

Oasis Mental Health Centers (oasismhcenters.com) is expanding our clinical services beyond TMS and Spravato® treatments to include comprehensive psychiatric medication management.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a valid DEA and CDS in the state of New Jersey to join our team at our Paramus, NJ office.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and motivated to help shape a growing service line within a supportive and innovative mental health practice.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management, TMS and Spravato.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.

Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.

Collaborate with additional TMS and Spravato® providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.

Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.

Qualifications:
