You’ll receive dedicated coaching, comprehensive credentialing, and guaranteed pay for sessions, with flexible options for office, telemedicine, or hybrid work.

Under clinical leadership, you maintain autonomy while we handle billing, credentialing, and practice development to build a thriving, sustainable clinical practice.

Qualifications

• PMHNP licensed in Maryland with clinical practice experience.
• Prescribing authority and experience working with PMHNP populations.
• Ability to build long-term patient care plans and manage complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice growth initiatives and clinician onboarding.
• Coordinate credentialing, billing support, and insurer relations.
• Provide clinical leadership and collaborate with physicians to guide treatment.

Requirements:

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Maryland (must reside in state)
• Minimum two years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $240 per hour (pay dependent on session type)
