Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner ~ Integrated Health Care- Fall River

Responsibilities

• Experienced Psych NP to work in an outpatient facility which provides Primary and Integrated Behavioral Healthcare to patients with addiction and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
• Consult with Physicians with regard to psychotropic medications for clinic patients and provide medication assessments and monitoring of patients
• Perform detailed intake assessments, create treatment plans and provide follow up care to patients in conjunction with Physicians, NP’s, Nurses and other clinicians as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team
• Monday – Friday Flexible Schedule (32-40 hours), No Nights, No Weekends and No Call
