Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatrist for immediate opening. The role involves psychiatric assessment, medication management, and monitoring within a collaborative team of care managers, social workers, and nurses dedicated to wraparound services.

The NP has authority to prescribe medications, order tests, and maintain care plans, working with physicians as needed in a setting focused on health promotion and preventive care.

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), including Word and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to perform advanced assessment and diagnosis

Mansioni

• Sees clients, makes diagnoses, prescribes medication, and monitors client use of and response to medication.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relevant to patient needs.
• Provides education and consultation to care management staff to ensure coordination of care and better health outcomes.
