Qualifications

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with clinical responsibility
• Active, unrestricted IN license
• Active, unrestricted DEA
• Two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients under the direction of a psychiatrist in a correctional setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
