Job summary

AVASearchGroup seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for outpatient behavioral health in northwestern Washington. Join an established practice offering a four-day workweek in a scenic coastal community with a strong work-life balance.

The role involves providing outpatient psychiatric care for children and/or adults, managing 15–20 patients daily, and developing medication plans. PMHNP certification and at least 1 year of experience are required, with AthenaHealth EMR familiarity

Qualifications

• PMHNP required.
• At least 1 year of psychiatric practice experience.
• Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services.
• Familiarity with AthenaHealth EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for children and/or adults.
• Manage a daily patient census of approximately 15–20 patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions.
• Develop medication management and treatment plans.
• Document patient care using AthenaHealth EMR.
