Brightli seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Springfield, MO to evaluate, diagnose, and manage mental health treatment for adults. The role includes conducting psychiatric assessments, developing treatment plans, and prescribing psychotropic medications under supervision.

You will provide follow-up care, maintain documentation, and coordinate with the Staff Psychiatrist to optimize patient outcomes within a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing as an Adult Psychiatric NP (required).
• Missouri RN license and APRN certification in psychiatry preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate with a supervising psychiatrist.

Responsibilities

Certified physician assistants must pass a recertification examination every 10 years and complete at least 100 hours of continuing medical education every 2 years.* APRNS must possess a Master's degree in nursing as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
