Job summary

Headway seeks a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality mental healthcare through our tech-enabled platform. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient population.

You will collaborate closely with therapists and other providers, leveraging streamlined tools to reduce administrative burden while maintaining rigorous clinical standards and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license.
• Board certification in PMHNP preferred.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments.
• Experience with medication management and treatment planning.
