Synaptic Health Psychiatry is growing and we’re looking for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to grow with us!
We just signed the lease on our new Overland Park office beginning January 1, 2027. As we expand our space, we’re expanding our team with thoughtful, motivated PMHNPs who want a voice in the practice they help build.
Our approach? We are by provider, for provider. Our pillars are patient outcomes and provider compensation. We believe in taking the mundane from a healthcare provider’s plate so they can focus on patient care. Our clinical philosophy is whole-person, physiology-focused psychiatry that connects the brain, body, and everyday life. We combine medication management and psychotherapy with curiosity, compassion, and attention to the person in front of us.
