Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Join CHI Health Clinic as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to a diverse child and adolescent population in the Omaha metro area. Your role will involve independent clinical practice supported by a collaborative team of psychiatrists, therapists, and registered nurses.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Full‑time schedule: outpatient clinic Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (some flexibility)
- New patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of mental health conditions in adults and adolescents
- Weekend inpatient rounding rotation
- Independent practice with support from a collaborating psychiatrist
- Participation in a fully supported team model including psychiatrists, therapists, and registered nurses
- Focus on child and adolescent population

Job Requirements
- Certified by the ANCC or AANP as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 1–2 years providing direct client care for psychiatric disorders
- Ability to work with both adult and adolescent populations
- Licensed in Nebraska and Iowa; DEA registration in Nebraska and Iowa
- BLS certification
