S:US is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic ACT team and Medical Director. You will implement interventions, assess outcomes, and advance person-centered psychiatric care using evidence-based practices.
You will write prescriptions, manage medications, document histories, and coordinate with community psychiatrists. The role requires NY NP license, DEA, and Medicaid provider status; in-person work with the opportunity to contribute to housing and recovery services.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be an integral part of a dynamic team of high caliber, passionate professionals working to advance and improve healthcare practices and outcomes. Working collaboratively with the ACT Team and Medical Director, they will help implement interventions while continuously assessing / evaluating to improve overall psychiatric health care delivery. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will support exceptional care for each individual through the use of an evidenced-based approach and best practices to achieve optimal quality and person-centered outcomes.
