Practice Thoughtful Psychiatry with Clinical Autonomy and Support
At Compass of Hope, we're looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who wants to provide meaningful patient care, exercise sound clinical judgment, and be part of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. We believe psychiatric care should be built around comprehensive evaluations, responsible prescribing, and individualized treatment, not simply rushed medication checks. This is an opportunity to join a practice that values your clinical expertise, offers experienced consultation, and is actively strengthening its psychiatric services.
You’ll provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring medications, collaborating with other clinicians, maintaining timely documentation, and supporting Spravato treatment services after appropriate training.
This position includes the following initial Spravato clinic commitments:
Additional clinical hours are scheduled separately. These clinic commitments are required at the start of employment.
We’re seeking a confident, clinically rigorous provider who values professional autonomy and clear expectations.
Successful team members take ownership of their work, communicate proactively, welcome direct and constructive feedback, and maintain high standards for patient care and documentation.
We value providers who can explain their clinical reasoning, collaborate effectively, and adapt as services and workflows develop.
