Options for Southern Oregon is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Associate (PA) for full-time practice in Grants Pass, Oregon. The role includes diagnosing, treating, and coordinating care for patients with mental health needs in a multidisciplinary setting.

The position offers supervision, ongoing education, and potential relocation support. Candidates should possess required licensure, DEA, and be able to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with psychiatric specialization or Physician Associate Studies completed.
• Board certification may be required.
• Maintain active Oregon license with prescriptive privileges and DEA registration.
• Active professional liability insurance and CMS enrollment for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
• Prescribe medications and provide psychotherapeutic interventions.
• Review treatment plans and adjust as needed in collaboration with other providers.
• Document thoroughly and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
