Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality mental health care in a flexible, hybrid model across the United States. The role emphasizes medication management and therapy for adults and/or young patients, with a sign-on bonus and substantial earning potential based on productivity.

Candidates must hold PMHNP certification and be licensed in at least one US state, with experience in both medication management and therapy.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of PMHNP experience.
• Licensed in at least one US state with PMHNP certification.
• Experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience in medication management as well as therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment, medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Deliver high-quality behavioral health services through telemedicine or in-person visits.
