You will deliver medication evaluations and management for children and adults, with clinical autonomy in a supportive private practice environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina.
• Prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
• Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on medication management and psychiatric care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medication evaluations and manage medication regimens for children and adults.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding medication management and mental health treatment.
