Job description

- $330,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $40,000 sign-on bonus
- $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- No after-hours call

- Hospital offers a 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatry unit for patients needing direct admission
- Focus is on therapy and medication management; not an addiction or Suboxone center
- Located between two communities of about 20,000 people each, with a small-town feel and amenities including a university
- Community offers outdoor activities and sports, with less than 1 hour to the University of Illinois, 2 hours to St. Louis and Indianapolis
