Full Time Position

We are seeking a full-time Inpatient Psychiatrist to provide direct patient care in a 57-bed facility focused on trauma and recovery-oriented care. This role emphasizes a strong multidisciplinary approach within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and substance abuse issues.
2. Conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a collegial work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in adult inpatient care and evaluation services, with a background in a multidisciplinary team.
• Board Certified (or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency) in Psychiatry.
