Job summary

• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 12 months of experience post licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting
• Master's degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing
• Board Certification via ANCC or AANP
• Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (based on clinic location)
• Active DEA in the state your prescribing (based on clinic location)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.

The above compensation represents total compensation. Total compensation is equal to our base salary of $145,000 plus Headlights monthly billed hour bonus.Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 25 billed hours- $169,000Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 27 billed hours- $182, 920Est. Total Yearly Compensation at 30 billed hours- $203, 800
