Job summary

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our clinician-led, APA-approved behavioral health team. Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans within an integrated care setting.

Eligible candidates hold MSN in PMH, ANCC PMHNP certification, DEA license, and 2+ years of psych experience. We offer a no-night, no-weekend schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• MSN – Psychiatric/Mental Health and ANCC PMHNP certification required.
• Active DEA license required.
• Experience with psychotropic medication management required.
• 2+ years of experience required; Family Nurse Practitioners with 3–5 years of psych experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff).
• Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders.
• Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases.

Requirements
