Northeast Health Services is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join its Advanced Practice Providers team. The clinic emphasizes collaborative, evidence-based care, including TMS and Spravato, to transform patient outcomes in mental health.

Licensed and board-certified clinicians with outpatient behavioral health experience are encouraged to apply; PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych is preferred. Competitive benefits and a flexible schedule are offered.

Advanced Practice Providers work collaboratively across disciplines and appreciate the partnership of our in-house therapists who help to support their patients on their mental health journeys. We support the growth and development of these team members through education, supervision, and leadership opportunities. We believe in leading the mental health field with evidence-based treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. These treatment methods provide our clinical teams with the tools they need to deliver real transformation for their patients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services.

About You

Northeast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
