LifeStance Health in Lexington, KY is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. You will deliver medication management and psychotherapy across the lifespan, serving adults, children and adolescents in a hybrid telemedicine and in-person setting.

The ideal candidate is Kentucky licensed with PMHNP certification and an active DEA, enjoys flexible schedules, comprehensive benefits, and strong admin support in a modern, technology-driven practice.

Qualifications

• Kentucky licensed PMHNP with active DEA.
• Experience with adults, children and/or across lifespan.
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychiatric care including medication management and psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
• Participate in hybrid telemedicine and in-person patient care schedules.

• Kentucky licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• Active DEA required.
• Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
• Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic.
